34th Annual “SWOTT” Southwest Oilman’s Tennis Tournament
Ladies and Gentlemen:
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to sponsor the 34th Annual Southwest Oilman’s Tennis Tournament (SWOTT) to be held September 21- 23, 2023 in Midland Country Club. This event is a great chance to network with oil and gas professionals from across the Southwest and Permian Basin. As in years past, a portion of the funds raised will be donated by SWOTT to support youth tennis in West Texas. For those of you who have supported SWOTT in the past, we sincerely thank you and look forward to a continued partnership with us. If you are considering sponsoring for the first time, the 2023 tournament will be an excellent opportunity to get involved. You are sure to meet new friends and colleagues in a relaxed, enjoyable environment while promoting your business.
SWOTT will kick off on Thursday, the 21st with sign-in at 8am. Play will continue through Saturday, the 23rd. Matches will be held at Midland Country Club, Racquet Club, and Greentree Country Club. Social events are planned for Thursday and Friday evenings at Midland Country Club and will feature entertainment, food, drinks, and drawings for prizes.
Sponsor levels and included benefits:
Major Sponsorship = $1,500 Two sponsored players and two guests. Players’ spouse/guest may attend all tournament hospitalities, including the above-mentioned social events. The sponsored players’ spouse/guest can play mixed doubles at no additional charge. Underwriting Opportunities: Player’s Patio, Water.
Grand Sponsorship = $2,500 Four sponsored players and four guests. Players’ spouse/guest may attend all tournament hospitalities, including the above-mentioned social events. The sponsored players’ spouse/guest can play mixed doubles at no additional charge. Underwriting Opportunities: Swag Bag, Towels, Individual Courts, Masseuse.
Silver Sponsorship = $5,000 Six sponsored players and six guests. Players’ spouse/guest may attend all tournament hospitalities, including the above-mentioned social events. The sponsored players’ spouse/guest can play mixed doubles at no additional charge. Underwriting Opportunities: Tournament Hats.
Gold Sponsorship = $7,500 Eight sponsored players and Eight guests. Players’ spouse/guest may attend all tournament hospitalities, including the above-mentioned social events. The sponsored players’ spouse/guest can play mixed doubles at no additional charge. Underwriting Opportunities: Beer Bar, Tennis Balls, Main Tent.
Platinum Sponsorship = $10,000 Ten sponsored players and Ten guests. Players’ spouse/guest may attend all tournament hospitalities, including the above-mentioned social events. The sponsored players’ spouse/guest can play mixed doubles at no additional charge. Underwriting Opportunities: Band, Tournament Prizes, Open Bar.
Diamond Sponsorship = $15,000 Twelve sponsored players and Twelve guests. Players’ spouse/guest may attend all tournament hospitalities, including the above-mentioned social events. The sponsored players’ spouse/guest can play mixed doubles at no additional charge. Underwriting Opportunities: Tournament Shirts/Skirts, Lunch.
Headline Sponsor = $25,000 Sixteen sponsored players and Sixteen guests. Players’ spouse/guest may attend all tournament hospitalities, including the above-mentioned social events. The sponsored players’ spouse/guest can play mixed doubles at no additional charge. Underwriting Opportunities: Headline & Championship Court.
As a Tournament Sponsor, your company will be listed in the tournament brochure distributed to all players and your name prominently posted on a Sponsor’s board at the tournament site. All Sponsors are invited to be spectators at any of the matches during tournament play.
If your company is interested in sponsoring SWOTT, there are multiple methods to submit a Sponsorship Application Form (“Application”):
1) Complete and mail the enclosed Application together with your company’s check to the address indicated above and on the Application.
2) Visit www.swott.us/sponsor-form and print the application. This can be sent to us via mail or email in to apply. Don’t forget to mail your company’s check by mail to the address indicated above and on the Application.
3) If you would rather pay by credit card, please indicate as such on the attached Application and email it to sponsor@swott.us. We will respond with a link to PayPal to enter your payment information. Be advised, there is a 3.7% additional charge for this option.
To register for the tournament, sponsored players should visit SWOTT Registration and follow directions to register for desired level of play and events.
For your company’s benefit, we request that sponsorship fees be submitted as soon as possible. The deadline for registration is August 21, 2023.
