35th Annual “SWOTT” Southwest Oilman’s Tennis Tournament

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
On behalf of the Southwest Oilman’s Tennis Tournament (SWOTT), we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to sponsor the 35th Annual Tournament to be held September 19th – 21st, 2024 at Midland Country Club and Bush Tennis Center. This event is a great chance to network with oil and gas professionals from across the Southwest & Permian Basin. As in the years past, a portion of funds raised will be donated by SWOTT to support youth tennis in West Texas. For those of you who have supported SWOTT in the past, we sincerely thank you and look forward to your continued partnership with us. Your support is crucial to the continued enjoyment and success of this very special event!

Please note that the player cap is 340 players! Be sure to submit your sponsorships early, as the cut-off for sponsorship and tournament registration is 30 days prior to the tournament, on August 20, 2024.

If you are considering sponsoring for the first time, the 2024 tournament will be an excellent opportunity to get involved. You are sure to meet new friends and colleagues in a relaxed, enjoyable environment while promoting your business. New to tennis or haven’t played in a while? No worries! We have players from all skill levels! SWOTT will kick off Thursday the 19th, with sign-in at 9 AM and play beginning shortly thereafter. Play will continue through Saturday the 21st. Matches will be held at both Midland Country Club and at Bush Tennis Center. Social events Thursday and Friday evening will be held at Midland Country Club. As in years past, Thursday will be a family night with the popular “Hit for Prizes,” and Friday evening will be adults-only, featuring entertainment from the ever-popular 80s cover band “The Spazmatics,” food, drinks, and drawing for prizes!

If your company is interested in sponsoring SWOTT, there are multiple methods to submit a Sponsorship Application Form (“Application”):

1) Complete and mail the enclosed “Application” together with your company’s check to the address indicated above.

2) Visit www.swott.us/sponsor-form and print the application. This can be sent to us via mail or email in to apply. Don’t forget to mail your company’s check by mail to the address indicated on the Application.

3) If you would rather pay by credit card, please indicate as such on the attached application and email it to: sponsor@swott.us. You will receive a PayPal link to enter your payment information. Be advised, there is a 3.7% additional charge for this option.
